Terms: We will refund your purchase price in full without delay in the event the delivery service confirm loss of the package, you will need to inform us and in some cases your local delivery service if the package is not delivered. You should allow sufficient days for delivery subject to your local delivery service. We accept assurance of delivery from your local delivery service as proof of delivery. You (the buyer) are responsible for the security of your delivery address. Every effort is made to dispatch immediately, but is subject to stock and demand at the time of order. Order cancellation prior to dispatch for full refund is available. Return for refund is only available if the package is returned unopened and in perfect condition post paid, we will then refund the cost of the book excluding the original delivery cost. We provide a direct refund service, buyer initiated chargebacks through their payment service are not accepted. Books are supplied from the United Kingdom where books are currently subject to 0% (zero rate) Value Added Tax. Buyers outside the UK are separately responsible for any other duty or tax levied by their own country on books purchased from the UK.

Delivery to a Different Address

When buying by Credit or Debit card, if you require delivery to a different address to the card holders address please follow the following procedure:

1. Buy using the order form above as normal providing the card holder address.

2. Then email us immediately with the Transaction number, card holder name and address used and also the different delivery address details. Your email address must be the same at all times. The subject line in your email must read: DIFFERENT ADDRESS MURPHY STORIES
